Digital Violence and Online Child Sexual Exploitation

3018: Support Services for Digital Abuse
Managed by the e-Enfance association, 3018 is the national program dedicated to supporting young people facing digital violence.

Report child sexual abuse content or behavior
Point of Contact
A French platform for reporting illegal content or behavior observed on the Internet, particularly content depicting the sexual abuse of minors. The information submitted can be analyzed and then forwarded to the appropriate authorities. Reports can be submitted confidentially.
PHAROS: Official platform of the Ministry of the Interior
Allows internet users to report illegal content or behavior they encounter online (social media, forums, websites, and various digital platforms).
Reports are reviewed by specialized departments, which determine what action, if any, should be taken.
OFMIN – Office for Minors
A specialized unit of the National Police dedicated to combating violence against minors, including sexual violence, the sexual exploitation of children, and crimes committed via the Internet and digital networks.
File a complaint for certain cybercrimes
THESEE
A platform that allows users to file complaints online regarding certain offenses committed on the Internet, including certain cases of sextortion or online scams.
My Safety
An app that provides a digital platform where users can access information, get guidance, and communicate with police officers or gendarmes. This tool can help victims or their loved ones determine the appropriate steps to take.
Request the Removal of Intimate Images
Take It Down — NCMEC
An international initiative developed by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) that assists young victims whose intimate images are at risk of being distributed or have already been shared online. Its goal is to facilitate takedown requests with the relevant platforms while protecting the privacy of those receiving support.

INHOPE
An international network of platforms specializing in reporting content depicting the sexual abuse of minors. These organizations work together to facilitate the processing of reports and combat the dissemination of criminal content online.
CyberTipline — NCMEC
An international platform that receives reports related to the sexual exploitation of children online. The information may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities depending on the situation and the countries involved.
WAVE — Women Against Violence Europe
A network of European organizations specializing in supporting women who are victims of violence, which helps users identify support services, shelters, and specialized organizations in various European countries.
After a sexual assault: Preserving Important Evidence
If your safety is ensured and your health permits:
- Avoid washing or showering before receiving medical care
- Keep the clothes you were wearing at the time of the incident without washing them
- Handle them as little as possible
- Place them in a clean bag, ideally made of paper or cloth
- Hand them over to law enforcement or medical personnel.
These actions help preserve biological evidence that is valuable to the investigation.
