Meaningful Partnerships

Laurent Latapie, Esq.: Partner and attorney for the association's victims

A lawyer for over 10 years, based in Fréjus, and with extensive expertise in family law, Maître Laurent Latapie, a partner in the firm, assists individuals with family law matters, including cases involving the separation of cohabiting couples or civil union partners, as well as divorces under all circumstances and contexts, while always prioritizing the best interests of the children.

As a professor and lecturer in the law school (teaching human rights law, family law, and matrimonial property law), he also brings his expertise in matters of compensatory payments, contributions to child support and education, occupancy compensation, allocation of the family home, as well as rights to compensation and claims between spouses.

A member of the Family Law Commission of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), he handles complex international separation and divorce cases, particularly those involving French-Mexican, French-American, French-Indonesian (in partnership with Attorney Natalia Sahetapy, a lawyer in Jakarta), and French-Algerian couples, through the Dacodoc association.

Committed to humanitarian work, he has also collaborated with Lawyers Without Borders France on international programs to protect the rights of women and children who are victims of violence in Chad, as well as human rights in Côte d’Ivoire.

Finally, he is actively involved in family criminal law, combating domestic violence against children, women, and men, and defending them in criminal courts, regardless of the type of offense. One conviction guides his commitment: a high-quality defense—combining a meticulous legal argument with a straightforward, tenacious, and passionate plea—remains the best safeguard for clients in legal trouble.

Because I believe in your rights.

Vague d'Amour: A Solidarity Partnership Dedicated to Child Protection

The Elien Rebirth Association is proud to count Vague d’Amour among its dedicated partners.

This collaboration has resulted in an exclusive bracelet, designed as a symbol of solidarity, generosity, and commitment. Every bracelet purchased directly contributes to funding our missions and helps expand our awareness-raising efforts throughout the country.

The Founder's Vision

By creating Vague d’Amour and this bracelet in partnership with the Elien Rebirth association, which is dedicated to combating child sexual abuse and sexual violence, I wanted to inspire a true spirit of solidarity and generosity. More than just a bracelet, it embodies a message of love, hope, and commitment to children and the most vulnerable people.

Louis-Philippe Vallès

Founder, Wave of Love

A Concrete Commitment for Institutions, Businesses, and Communities

Public institutions, businesses, local governments, foundations, and employee representative bodies have a vital role to play in protecting the most vulnerable. Choosing the Vague d’Amour bracelet as part of a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, a prevention policy, or an awareness-raising campaign transforms a symbolic gesture into a concrete commitment: for every bracelet sold, a financial contribution is donated to Elien Rebirth, while also serving as a powerful catalyst for dialogue on child sexual abuse and child protection, with a special focus on people with disabilities.

We would be happy to work with you to develop projects tailored to your needs: bulk orders, awareness campaigns, charity events, or customized partnerships.

A symbol of unity and hope

The Vague d’Amour bracelet is designed to be tied by two people together, in a moment of shared connection. This gesture is accompanied by three universal wishes:

  • a wish for the person who puts on the bracelet;
  • a wish for the person receiving it;
  • A wish for our planet and future generations.

He reminds us that solidarity, commitment, and hope are built together.

CTV Productions: Partnership and Commitment to Combating Violence

We work hand in hand with our colleague Lydie Drame, a journalist and president of the CTV Productions association.

United by an unwavering commitment to protecting victims, we fight against child sexual abuse as well as all forms of violence—whether sexual, domestic, or intrafamilial. Our complementary areas of expertise focus on three main areas:

Prevention and Awareness

including among young people.

Freedom of Speech

by providing a safe and supportive space for self-expression through CTV's media productions.

Content and Podcast Creation

Highlighting realities that are all too often overlooked, such as coercive control.

Lydie Drame, a Committed Pioneer

A journalist and president of CTV Productions, Lydie Drame has made advocating for vulnerable people the central focus of her work. Drawing on her own personal journey, which has been marked by such hardships, she has helped raise awareness among institutions about the mechanisms of coercive control and marital rape at a time when these concepts were absent from the legislative debate.
